Viewing Files in Folders

I inherited a RH project that had all topics files at the root.

I just created a bunch of folders and moved topics into them.

Now I want to go back and move a file from one folder to another .....

When I go to the Topic List, I have to select an option from the drop-down: top folder, all folders, individual folder.

If I select All Folders it just shows all of the files but no folder structure. If I select Top Folder there is nothing.

So I cannot see all folders at once so that I can drag the file into the other folder ....

Am I missing a setting somewhere that is not allowing me to see the entire folder structure ? Do I have to go through Explorer ?

Thanks

You'll note also that Rick's screenshot is of the Project Manager, which is where you need to be for this operation. Based on your initial posting, you're using the Topic List, which is for different things.

Good luck,

Leon
