1. Re: Runtime Error when launching Flash CS5 in Windows Vista 32bit
Bobbyndd Aug 12, 2010 6:41 AM (in response to fmk090)Hi Fmk,
It would be great if we have the installation log files. However you can try these.
1.Check whether your system meets the minimum requirements.
2. Install the current Windows Service Pack and other updates.
Try reinstalling.

2. Re: Runtime Error when launching Flash CS5 in Windows Vista 32bit
fmk090 Aug 12, 2010 11:10 AM (in response to fmk090)I already tried to re-install Windows Vista and got all the updates.
Re-installed Visual C++ Runtime Library.
I had turned off the user account manager.
My computer has a Intel 2,8 GHz processor 4Core 2Gb RAM and i have all others requirements ,so it seems that there is no problem about minimum requirements.
Then... Where are these installation log files?

4. Re: Runtime Error when launching Flash CS5 in Windows Vista 32bit
fmk090 Aug 17, 2010 2:36 PM (in response to Bobbyndd)Well, that folder is empty in my computer,probably because the program crashes right after i try to launch it.
I never saw the face of the program,just the runtime error.
