can't import video

When I click on the "import" button in the video menu of Presenter 7 nothing happens. I can import audio fine, just not video.

Also, video that was in the original .ppt or .pptx file doesn't play when the file is published with Presenter.

Any chance that the presentation is in some remote share like \\server\share? Try doing it locally.
