Word to PDF with cfdocument

I am need to code a function that will allow a user to upload a MS Word (or other Office document) and have it automatically converted to PDF. I can upload the file just fine but I'm not sure how to code the conversion to PDF with the cfdocument tag correctly. Can someone help please?
