I'm trying to make a tutorial about the Windows 7 Troubleshooter

Start Orb /Control Panel / Large Icons

It messes up the part where I click on Large Icons

and then Captivate won't correctly capture the mouse movement and click on the Troubleshooting icon.

I'm using Captivate 3.

How can I resolve this problem.

Hi there,

Do you have 64 bit version of win 7? The reason I am asking this is that Captivate 3 has this limitation for 64 bit OS.

However, Adobe Captivate 5 works just out-of-the box on 64 bit OS. You could try it for yourself.
