Image above is what i want to achieve.

I already did the graphics, and import to catalyst.

Some of the "small window" or "panel" needs to be dragable, refering to the picture above.

As you know in catalyst we cannot make things to be dragable.

So, how do you make panels in flash builder to be dragable?

I might have more than 1 panel.

Am not very good with codes.

Any tips on how can i 'merge' those files with my exported mxml form catalyst?

To the best of my knowledge, the files exported by catalyst  will become part of the skin of the component and thus will not have anything to do with its functional behaviour. I shall anyways check up and get back !

The 2007 approach predates Flex 4 / spark / catalyst. So you might find my first stab at something similar a little closer to what you are attempting...
