You should also futz around with the display card settings; you can get Premiere or any other app to always launch in a 2nd monitor.

steveprc Aug 28, 2010 2:18 PM (in response to Jarliei)If you're working on a PC, simply open the program, drag the window on to the monitor of your choice, then restore and maximize the window, and finally close Premiere. This sets the standard window size when the software is opened, and the monitor on which it's opened. A dual monitor set-up views all the available screen space as a single display, so the position and size of the window when the software is launched, is treated in the same manner as it would be with a single monitor.

steveprc Aug 29, 2010 4:11 PM (in response to Jarliei)If you just swap the plugs, your mouse won't cross over in the center anymore. You'll have to go the long way around.
