Drop Down List is not completely displaying

I am working on a dynamic pdf from with javascript and calc script code to auto generate fields base upon on a user's selection on the drop down menu. for an exmaple, if user 1 select drop down list item a, text field z will show. Everything works beside the last item on the drop down list is not completely displaying. It shows as cut off. However, once I select that item and go back to the drop down list, it shows it completely. I am not sure what the exact problem it is. If anyone have any advice, please reply. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I can't share the file with you because of the confidential data within the form. However, the problem seems to went away by itself when I add an additional item to the drop down list. Thanks for your input.
