Look in the /lib folder for files that start with neo and are
XML. EX: neo-query.xml
Save these files somewhere, as they contain all of the
settings. Then if you have to reinstall CF for whatever reason, you
can replace the files with these to get the same settings back.
If you have the Enterprise Edt of CF, you can use the Archive
feature to save all of the settings in a CAR file.
