Encryption: Disallowing only print-to-file

Hello,

I'm working on a PDF eTextbook:  http://www.typeheritage.com/SampleSpread.pdf

I want students to print hardcopy of all pages.

I do NOT want them to print individual pages to disk as PS or EPS files that can be shared with others.

Even though links to footnotes, etc. would no longer function, all content would still be available in usable form.

Income for m-a-n-y yrs of research would be jeapordized big-time.

Is there a way to limit the KIND of printing allowed?

Many thanks, Anna

If you allow them to print then how can you prevent them printing to file especially if you are going to allow printing to postscript printers.
