can presenter run macros?

I have a presentation with a button that runs a macro.  I can not figure out how to run this macro in presenter

In most cases dlp, macros are completely ignored when a PowerPoint deck is converted into Presenter

content.

What specfiically are you trying to do w/ macros?  Is is something that might be able to be replicated / duplicated in Flash?
