When I publish a swf with compressed resolution, a lot of mess line appeared

Hi guys,

I'm working on CP5. When I publish a swf with compressed resolution, a lot of mess line appeared in the video. For example, the screen be recorded was 1280*1024, and I used rescale project to 70%(both height and width). After published, some mess line appeared in the swf. Or, I published the swf without compression, but the swf was played in a webpage(640*540), the mess line also appeared. What is the reason? It's there any solution? Thank u!
