Empty RoboHelp HTML Body Page

My RoboHelp project cannot display the body pages when the project setting is Microsoft HTML Help. The TOC and index appears, but there are no body pages. However, when I select the WebHelp project setting, all elements appear.

Does anybody have an idea of why I cannot see the body pages?
