Hi

Im in Australia

and the say problem has happened to me, I downloaded books for my daughters birthday and I have the same error message and like everyone else I have tried installing and un installing it

we cant read or get her 4 books and she wants to take them on holidays with her on Friday

its so Frustrating

has anyone had any help or support

because Sony and the book store cant help and they wont give me my money back

can anyone help me open a ticket to report my problems

I have the one mentioned above and now I have the one that states i have used up all of my authorisations because every time I open it it asks me to reauthorise the computer
