Hello All,
I am experiencing a rather bizarre issue. First let me say that I consider myself an experienced designer and am running Master collection CS4. (Yes I am ashamed that I don't have CS5 yet .)
Here's the issue:
I designed a web page in Photoshop, sliced it up and exported all of the slices. I pop over to Dreamweaver and built the page code using pure css, easy stuff. All of my pages in the site display perfectly down to the pixel except when I take out one jpg image out of the page and substitute it with a swf file of the exact dimensions.
Safari, and IE display the page perfectly, FireFox breaks apart by 1 pixel. I am can't figure it out for the life of me. What I did was slice part of the page that had a image of the QuickTime player. I perfectly masked and sliced the "viewable" area of the QT player so I could drop in a swf file, easy stuff right? I just can't figure it out.
The slice from Photoshop is 396 x 316 px. When I pop over to Flash I set my stage size to 396 x 316 px. I just don't get it. When I take the swf out and put the jpg back in it's perfect. It just doesn't make sense as they are the identical size. Anyone run into this?
