Image Field in Dynamic Form Error

With the help of the forums I created the attached PDF form.  The file works just like I need it to, except when it is saved and re opened.  The image fields move and do not realign until the "+" button is pressed again.  I know there are limitations to dynamic forms and formatting but there has to be a solution.

Any ideas?

In Designer under the File/Form Properties/Defaults menu make sure that you set the "preserve scripting changes to form when saved" to Automatically.

That did it!

Any i dea why the down arrow in the dropdowns would be showing when printed?  When i preview the form before printing it looks fine but when actaully printed the arrow appears.  Not sre if the "on screen" only setting would eliminate the text from showing at all in the drop down when printing.  I thought maybe it is related to the fact that you can ENTER info as well as selecting from dropdown options.
