Hi,

When I start up Captivate (v4 Win XP), after a long delay I can get started.

However I just tried to open the more tutorials...as above

and I got the following error message.

I am connected to the internet, so not sure why I am seeing this and not able to view the other tutorials.

Can anyone confirm if this is an Adobe issue or something to do with my company's settings ?

If it is something to do with my PC settings/ company policy it will help me if i can tell them up-front what the possible cause is, as they always tell me there is no problem from our side.

Thanks.

Noel

Hi Noel,

This is not an Adobe issue.

The “More tutorials” connects to an external link. So the error which you are getting might be due any of the following reasons :

1.       Slow internet connection

2.       Your company's settings might not allow accessing the external links from the application.

The “More tutorials” section links to “http://www.adobe.com/support/captivate/” . You may try accessing the same directly for any help.

Thanks,

Subhransu
