I have created templates with my companies headers and footers, but when I convert my HTML files to printed documentation, they do not show up. They show up in the preview of the webpage... but not the documentation itself.
Does anyone know how to fix this??

Welcome to the forum.

Yes rewrite RoboHelp! It tells you in the online help that headers and footers in the html files will not be included in printed documentation. That is also covered in the Printed Documentation topic on my site.

Sorry but that's the way it is.
