I know this question was many years ago, but I had the same question and have today found how to do this in Windows:

  1. Click Windows Icon in the task bar
  2. In the 'Search programs and files' type FLASH (Flash Player will be in the returned results)
  3. Right Click Flash Player and select 'Open'
  4. Select 'Updates' tab

ActiveX and plug in versions are displayed.

Hope this helps

those links only work for browser plug-ins, not the stand-alone flash player that's installed on a computer.
