Flash Builder crashes on 'loading workbench' - Mac 10.6.3

I have been using the Flash Builder trial since it came out and it's been working fine. Now all of a sudden it hangs on the launch screen where it says 'loading workbench' and I get the spinning beach ball until I have to force quite the app.

Seems pretty ridiculous.

Any ideas?

Same problem, but using Flash Builder Plugin for Eclipse...

Have you tried cleaning the workspace.
