No code-hinting, no call hierarchy, no AS occurrances...

Hello everybody,

I am getting pretty desparate... does somebody know the answer to these issues?

-code highlighting (=actionscript occurrances) stopped working completely for every class (something I wrote about here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/676634 )

-code hinting stopped working, I cannot call it up manually either, nothing happens

-outline window is completely empty, I see nothing listed in it

-call hierarchy is dead too, I get only the message "Operation unavailable on the current selection. Please select a method, variable or type name".

Everything was working alright before, the preferences were not changed and I double checked, all is set as it should. The interesting thing is that these problems are non-existent if I create a new project - there all is working flawlessly.

Every idea appreciated, thank you!

F.

PS: Flash Builder v 4.0.1 running on Mac OS X 1.6.4

I've seen this happen before with bad SWCs in the library path. Is both the corrupt project and the new project using the same SDK version?

The quickest fix should be to delete your cache. Quit FB, find and delete this folder <workspace location>/.metadata/plugins/com.adobe.flexbuilder.codemodel, and restart.

If this doesn't work, there are other causes we can look for.
