How can I get auto update to check on startup?

Hi All,

I am trialling the use of RoboHelp 8 to combine a number of Captivate projects and have to say that that I really like what I see so far.

The auto update feature for an AIR 'Layout' is really nice.  The only problem I have is that the AIR application does not check for updates immediately after it is opened.  It seems to wait for up to 5 minutes before checking.

Is there any way (other than manually clicking the 'check for updates' button) to get the Air Application to check for updates immediately?

Thanks in advance for any assistance,

David

It works the way it works. There is no setting for this.

There is quite a bit of information about AIR on my site. Hope you find it useful.
