Has anyone ever opened their RH8 project only to find every topic is now a broken link? Is there a quick way to restore all my topics? Or must I do it all individually?

Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jennifer

Help > About should say 8.0.2.208 if you have the patches.

Go to Help > Updates. It will check what patches are needed.

Do you have both patches applied? See Help > About and check you have 802.

If not, see this post.

Hi Peter!

I checked in Help and it says RoboHelp 8.0.0.2. I also went out to your site and looked under Opening Projects. You reference needing a patch if you don't have 8.0.2. Is this the same thing? Sorry for the stupid question.

You need to go here: http://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html and apply the 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 patches (in that order - Adobe updates are sequential, not cumulative) OR use the Help > Updates tool within RH8.
