Stix Hart Nov 9, 2010 9:04 PM (in response to gailcnyc)You don't have any control over the zoom settings of bookmarks created in Indesign, you could make them in Acrobat.... but thats a PITA.
One thing to try though is setting the page zoom default to what you want the bookmakr zoom to be, you can either do this in Acrobat or from CS5 when using the Interactive PDF export.

gailcnyc Nov 10, 2010 6:27 AM (in response to Stix Hart)Thanks, that's what I ended up doing. I suspected it was more of an Acrobat issue than InDesign. With the default set to open the doct to "single page" the title page and TOC look fine when clicking back to them from within the doct. If later on, one of the users changes to scrolling view, well, it's a minor problem.
