URGENT! cannot start Flash Builder!

When I started Flash Builder this a.m. I received the following message:

Hi,

Looks like the SWF was not generated in bin-debug. Some things that might help:

1. Check your "Problems" view to see if you have any errors listed there.

2. Check the value of the initialWindow/content tag in your your application descriptor file (appname-app.xml)
