I have one help file created through HTML Help. When I am trying to generate a .doc file from it my MS-WORD seesm to get hanged. After Terminating it, the Riobohelp gives the following message " The Word VBA macro version registered is incorrect. Please reinstall Printed Documentation".

I have checked that I have Word 2000-SP-2 version.

What else do I need to check before generating the Printable help? Also, FYI, I don't have a printer physically connected to my computer.

Despite the message, it might be as simple as reducing the security level in Word. If that does not fix it, look at Print Issues on my site.

Not having a printer attached is not an issue, unless you want to print!

Thanks Peter. Reducing the security level was what I needed actually!

Also visited your site out of curiosity. Its a good one. I enjoyed the Iceland trip section.

Glad it worked.

Recently got back from another trip to Iceland so watch out for new topic. Visited the remote Western Fjords. Drove for five hours and saw 20 cars!
