Now do the rotation on this new 'clip' called nested sequence.
If you double click on this 'clip' it will take you to the two clips in a seperate timeline.

I agree with Ann on Nesting.
The other way, and with more work, and not as elegant is to set the animation Effects that you want on one Clip. Rt-click on that, and choose Copy. Next, Select the other Clips, and Rt-click on them, choosing Paste Attributes.
Still, I'd go with Nesting - simple AND elegant.

Wow, that was a great tip ! , to be very honest, I just didn't remember the nesting feature, I have used it once or twice, but had totally forgotten about it.

Thanks for the information, I'll try and remember that way of doing it, but yes, I agree, Ann's way was what I needed., and yes, very elegant !, it worked like
