Can anyone explain me why the flash animation inserted in power point and published with breeze presenter get more fast then the original file?

The problem you're experiencing is most likely due to the fps setting of your flash movies. In Breeze the default playback is 30fps. What you'll need to do is adjust your fps setting in flash to 30fps as well.
