Table Formatting Not Retained in Compiled File

I am using RH HTML, version 8 to compile MS HTML Help.  I am having trouble with tables:

The tables in my topics are not retaining their formatting in the compiled version.  For example, the column widths are changed, the text is flush right instead of flush left and so on...

I am creating the tables through an import of a PDF document - each time I import the styles are not retained and I need to change each time - how can I fix that?

Any help - would be appreciated!

Hi,

Are the formattings retained in the source file? You suggest that formatting is retained on import but also say that you lose formatting on import.

Why do you import a pdf file? Can you perhaps import the source file for the pdf. A source file has more information than a pdf.
