RoboHelp 9? According to my records it was released in July of 2000.
But my guess is that you are asking about the "Adobe RoboHelp 9". Only Adobe can say for sure when it will be released. I do hear occasional whispers that they may be working on a new version.
Even those of us that bear Community Professional near our name find out the same time everyone else does when a product will be released. And we are often caught by surprise with the speed in which it is announced.

Hi there
Personally, I'd be shocked if Adobe were to simply provide an update for RoboHelp 8 to align with Office 10. RoboHelp has a long and colorful history of upgrades being driven by releases of new Office versions. In other words, for too many years to recall, an upgrade to Office has always meant an upgrade to RoboHelp. And I don't recall any of these being service releases. These were full upgrades.
So I think it's fair to assume that RoboHelp 9 will bring Office 2010 compatibility to the game.
