Powered by Design Nov 20, 2010 11:09 PM (in response to John T Smith)I had already used those EXACT search works but each place I looked came up empty.
Sold out stuff.
Just thought someone here might have real ideas.
Both my Sony HDR-FX1 & HVR-Z1U use firewire and work great with my desktop but im just looking for a friends laptop.
I thought for sure it would have it but no luck.

Powered by Design Nov 21, 2010 2:52 PM (in response to shooternz)He doesnt even have a camera Craig.
I was just wondering for myself.
I wanted to test OnLocation on it but its no big deal.
I think future versions of OnLocation will use a different connection as more and more cameras are going without it.
