"File archive" missing for RH8 Download

I want to download the RH8 Trial version.  Once I got the Akamai download manager installed, I thought I was ready.  But... it hangs saying that the RH8 archive file part is missing.  Where/ How do I get this?  I tried copying the downloader into my project file location, but it didn't find what it needed there, either.  Thx.

I have the exact same problem. I've been trying to install RoboHelp 8 for 2 hours now...

I've tried that and am not getting anywhere.... has anyone posted the fix-file for this issue?

That's just it - nothing!  I got an email and a vmail about getting the trial download from the website.  I thought I'd made it obvious that was exactly what I had the problem with.

You need to call them & talk to a technician.
