Potential performance issue with mobile application

I'm working on a small mobile project to see how the view system works and its performance.

To see what's going on with the objects I've tried the profiler today and I was surprised to see that the Navigator object doesnt use previous view instances.

For example if I navigate between 2 views, the navigator instead of using the 2 already created objects, it creates whenever it's push() function is called.

Maybe there is something that I dont get that makes this the desired behaviour, if so can someone explain it to me please? If not then I'm worried about memory leaks after heavy use of views in the app.

I also have to make it clear that I dont use any weird code which might disable the navigator from working properly, my app is less than basic at this stage and I'm also using weak references on every event listener to avoid memory issues.
