Any edits on a published presentation?

When converting from my powerpoint files to the published presenter files, I have some figures that lost their formatting & do not display properly because the fonts seem to have grown.  Here's the kicker: I somehow lost the associated audio/data files for my powerpoint presentation.  I have the published Adobe presenter file, and the power point files without audio & that's it.  I am trying to avoid re-recording hours of lectures. Is there any way to fix the fonts in the published presentation?  I have Acrobat Extended Pro 9.3.
