Context Sensitve Help Problem

We have an web application that uses the url format http://url/project.htm#firstpagename where project.html is the Robohelp frameset and #pagename is the page to load in the main window. This works great except when you then try to load another help page by typing in the new url like http://url/project.htm#secondpagename. The second page never loads. However, If I enter the second url into a new window it loads correctly. Does anyone know how to get the second page to load without having to open a new window? Thanks in advance.
