Flash Builder 4 Burrito slow in windows 7 (or possibly some other reason)

Hello,

My desktop runs Windows 7 with 8 gigs of ram and a top-end processor.

My laptop runs Windows Vista with 4 gigs of ram and a slightly slower processor.

Running the same project runs much faster on my laptop than it does on my desktop. Specifically, it seems to hang on my desktop whenever I do a build or open up an MXML file to edit. Building the project on my desktop can sometimes take a few minutes even, and it's not a very big project.

Both machines are running from a clean workspace.

Any ideas what's causing this?
