We have installed RoboHelp 7.0 and applied all the updates but when the app opens we are missing Insert, DHTML, and Table menus from the main menu system.  We uninstalled and did a reinstall and we get the same thing.  I never had that problem so this is new to me.   All we have is File, Edit, View, Format, Tools, Window, Help.   If we go to the View, Toolbars, Customize to find some of the commands the Toolbars are not listed there either.  It's not disabled (gray) either.  Something is amiss but I don't know where to look.  Maybe a registry entry, corrupt file... We are using XP with an Admin account so the permission etc should be fine.  Has anyone seen  this problem.

One other thing.

Close RoboHelp properly. Allow it to close, then restart RoboHelp. You need to do this so that the proper bits are written to the registry.

If you don't restart and for some reason it crashes, you will be back to square one and have to repeat the process.

Cheers... Rick
