Adding a Eclipse CVS client

Hwllo, I am running ColdFusion Builder on Windows 7.  I am trying to add the Eclipse CVS client to my builder from Helios Milestone Repository - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios but I am receiving this error message:

Are you using Standalone or Plugin?

If standalone, then you need the ganymede release

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede/
