Installation error for trail veriosn (RoboHelp)

Hi,
I downloaded trial verion for RoboHelp office x5. While installing there is an error mesage "Product key has expired". I downloaded it today and tried installing immediately after downloading. Still it displayes an error message.

Welcome to the forum.

My guess would be that a trial version has been loaded on that PC before. Try it on another PC where you can be sure it has not been installed before.

RH needs to be installed using the user's logon and with admin rights attached. Do not use an IT person's login.
