Captivate 5 - Collaboration issues

Hi,

I have tried to send a course to Acrobat.com for team members to review. They can see the course but the reviewer does not display! Does the reviewer not work in Acrobat.com?

Also, when I Send for Shared Review, and place on an internal server, every time I put in an email address, I get an error stating to "Enter a valid Email ID"!

Is this a bug. I am unable to produce a .crev file for reviews on some courses and a couple have worked ok.

Thanks for your help.

I figured out the issue.

In the Preferences, under Information, you have to put an email address in the author field. When I did that I could send the file without a problem.

Excellent!

It would be nice then if the error message was able to tell you which specific field didn't have the valid email address...given that there are two of them.
