I have followed the instructions from other discussions about uninstalling ADE and reinstalling with an adobe ID and still cannot get ADE to recognize my nook. I have my library books sitting in there and cannot click and drag into the nook nor can I get the nook recognized on ADE.
Anyone have any experience with a MAC powerbook on how to get this working??? Could it possibly be an older MAC being the issue?? Any suggestions would be welcome.

I just got a nook, and I am having the same problem.
Did you ever get yours to work?

Yes....when you open up your nook it should have adobe digital editions on the device....if not you need to call the nook line and have them reconfigure. It took me a month to get someone on the nook line to help me but someone finally did and it works like a charm. It was very frustrating and I thought it was my old mac but it had nothing to do with it...good luck.

hope it was clear......when you plug in your nook to the computer and open
it, that's where you should see an icon for ADE and if it's not there nook
has to put it on which they can do over the phone.

Thanks!
I hadn't seen that anywhere.
I have not tried to call in yet - time hasn't allowed that one.
Will be working on that later this week.
We'll see how far I get!
