WebHelp leaves secure internet connection

When clicking "Help" from the application, you are prompted with "You are
about to leave a secure internet connection. Do you which to continue?" That
is normal.

However, if you select "No", a web page still pops up, with the help
information displayed and a blank web page behind it.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

In the web application that calls the Webhelp, what is the language/syntax used? Do you see this behavior if you call a simple html page?
