Auto Complete

Hello All,

     I am running CF8 and I would like to implement a text box that would auto-complete with a drop down. I would like it to work as if I was using Outlook to look up a person in the Data-base.

Although I hate cfforms, isn't there something in the cfinput that does this? I don't know how exactly, I can only assume it's some custom javascript.

How about putting a select box behind a text box, and having an onChange method on the text box that ajax's up the suggestions and puts them into the select box? Not sure if you can programatically open up a select box mind.

I did not actually write the original question. I assume one of my coworkers did this while sitting at my console.
