document is listed for a different user account??

I recently downloaded a book from barnes and noble to my computer and tried uploading it to my literati. However, when i try transferring it to my ereader, it says document is listed for a different user account. I am the only user on this computer so I'm a bit confused. Can anybody offer any advice PLEASE!?!

ADE does not yet support trade books purchased from Barnes & Noble.

When will ADE be able to support Barnes and Noble? Seems to me that you would want to support the biggest book store in the US, right after Christmas when the biggest gift this year was an e-reader.....
