I can't get anything to download on my Augen (The Book). I am about to go postal on it.

I think you'll find your device isn't supported by ADE. See here: http://blogs.adobe.com/digitalpublishing/supported-devices

But it is still possible to load books even if your device isn't supported. Maybe if you give a bit more details of your exact problem someone may be able to help.
