How to mandate All Attachments for "Read/Edit/Delete" in Workspace

Hello,

When the user add attachment(s) in the Attachment tab of the workspace, I want to force them to select the option "Read/Edit/Delete" by using the set value

getDocAttribute(/process_data/attachmentVar,"wspermission", '7") and set the "Output Attachments" of the "Assign Task" to "attachmentVar"  before it assign to next user but it does not work.

Can any one please advise.
