Hello all,

arbitrarily files with the name RLC.. followed by a number appear in the project folder (RH8). They contain copies of topic files. Is this a known problem and how can piling up these files be avoided?

Do you mean RLT?

If so they get produced when previewing and should get automatically deleted. Sometimes they don't and you just have to manually delete them.

Peter,

thanks for the info. RLT is probably it. Is there any configuration issue that prevents RH from deleting them? It's a normal Win XP 32 bit system.

No. In my opinion it is more of a Windows issue. Windows often leaves behind temporary files once they are no longer needed. I just run the Unused Files report occasionally and delete any file found there. I've always found it very accurate.
