Undocumented DHTML effects

I am using RH7 and trying to create a rotating arrow as the target of a trigger. In the DHTML Effects dialog box, the What list includes "Flip horizontally" and "Flip vertically," but applying these doesn't seem to produce the effect I want.  I don't see any change in the orientation of the target image when the trigger is activated. There is a help topic titled "Use DHTML effects" that contains a table of effects (details and examples), but the two Flip options aren't included.

Does anyone know what those two options provide and how they work?

It sounds like what you are talking about is Twisties. See that topic on my site. There's RoboHelp's own version that works on all dropdowns or a custom version where it works on selected dropdowns.

Oops. RoboHelp's own Twisties are a Version 8 feature.

Thanks, Peter. I will look at Twisties to see if they give me what I need. If it is, that will be one more reason for upgrading.
