Don't do that till after your done editing the MC sequence. Put the audio you want to hear while cutting in Audio 1 on the sequence with the original clips.

Sorry - I put this out of order. I had to do the Render and Replace - before I synced the clips with PluralEyes. That is what it uses to sync the clips.

This fixes my problem
