Colin Brougham Jan 22, 2011 9:20 AM (in response to tfi productions 44)Because GSpot is older than dirt and frankly, of minimal helpfulness when it comes to many interframe codecs. I know a lot of people swear by it--and it's not without application--but I find MediaInfo to be far more useful, particularly when dealing with things like H.264 and MP4.
MediaInfo also integrates nicely with the OS, so that you can right-click a clip to analyze, or even view stats in a tooltip or in the status bar at the bottom of an Explorer window.
